The position owns quality engineering within cross-functional delivery squads, develops and executes test strategies, introduces modern testing tools and practices, monitors quality metrics, leads automation, performance, security, accessibility, usability, and availability testing, supports CI/CD and quality reporting, and mentors engineers. Candidates should have extensive quality assurance and software development experience, QA leadership experience in agile environments, cross-functional delivery experience, and knowledge of evolutionary architecture and fitness functions; AI tooling and cloud certification are advantageous.
