Beacon EmbeddedWorks is hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Quality and covers production and supplier quality support, quality investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, audits, incoming inspection, and continuous-improvement projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, 2–3 years of electronics manufacturing experience, SMT experience, and knowledge of quality tools such as SPC and DOE. The starting salary is $80,000–$100,000.
