Skanska is hiring a permanent Quality Engineer in Norwich to implement its quality assurance management system across the design, build, refurbishment, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases of the A47 Thickthorn junction project. The role involves auditing suppliers and supply chains, supporting digital field-data systems, managing Inspection Test Plans and field change processes, and overseeing defect rectification. Candidates should have construction-site quality assurance and control experience, highways or similar high-assurance experience, digital-systems and field-tool experience, and strong stakeholder communication; auditor qualification is desired.
