Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Quality Engineer to establish and maintain quality system processes for test and flight ground systems within its aerospace operations organization. The role develops and executes project-specific QA/QC plans, conducts inspections and testing, reviews nonconformances, leads acceptance reviews and anomaly boards, performs process surveillance and audits against AS9100, and drives root-cause analysis and corrective actions. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, at least five years of relevant quality, engineering, or ground support systems experience, familiarity with aerospace quality systems and engineering codes, and the ability to work across contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. The role is based on-site with indoor and outdoor work, up to 60% travel, and shift flexibility.
