Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Quality Engineer within its Operations organization to support quality systems for aerospace products in development and production. The role reports to the Quality Engineering Manager and involves implementing and improving quality processes, reviewing manufacturing documentation and nonconformances, conducting AS9100 audits, participating in design reviews, supporting inspection, manufacturing, and test teams, and addressing quality concerns with internal and external customers. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and at least five years of quality engineering experience in a production environment; aerospace, composites, APQP, PFMEA, GD&T, Lean, Six Sigma, and related quality-system experience are preferred.
