Description
Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group, is seeking a quality-focused automotive industry professional to support and maintain IATF16949-based quality systems and drive continuous improvement across new product launch, PPAP preparation, plant-to-plant delivery quality management, customer complaint handling, internal/external audits, and problem solving using methods such as 8D and Shainin. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a mechanical-related field, at least 3 years of automotive quality experience, strong understanding of APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA and GD&T, plus good English and communication/cross-functional coordination skills.
