Description
The Quality Engineer will analyze product failures, defects, and quality trends; develop containment and corrective actions; validate production readiness and tools using SPC, Cpk, and other quality indicators; coordinate engineering-change test plans; maintain ISO 9001 documentation; audit supplier and internal quality processes; and train production and quality personnel. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control, quality engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
