Description
The Quality Engineer will investigate, analyze, and lead corrective action for manufacturing and supplier quality issues across machining, welding, painting, assembly, testing, and supply chain. The role coordinates containment and corrective actions, documents root causes, leads quality audits and projects, evaluates engineering drawings and specifications, supports continuous improvement, and coaches team members in Root Cause Analysis and permanent corrective actions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related manufacturing experience, including OEM equipment, machining, assembly, supplier quality, and root-cause problem-solving experience.
