Description
Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Quality Engineer in Tampa, Florida to ensure aerospace products, manufacturing processes, and suppliers meet customer, engineering, regulatory, and AS9100 requirements. The role leads quality investigations, develops inspection and control plans, performs first-article inspections, analyzes quality data, supports audits, and partners with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred, along with manufacturing or aerospace experience, quality-system knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires work in a manufacturing environment, physical activity, PPE use, and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
