Description
The Quality Manager will administer IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, conduct internal audits, monitor quality KPIs, perform production quality checks, drive corrective and preventive actions, provide quality training, support management reviews, and lead quality planning for foam solutions and elastomer coatings. The role requires expertise in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, familiarity with APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and MSA, and strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
