Description
The Quality Engineer will report to the Plant Quality Leader and develop, implement, and improve quality plans, inspection methods, process controls, and the ISO 9001 quality management system. The role leads root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions, documents inspection instructions and control plans, manages calibration and gage control, supports supplier quality and new product introduction, and disposes of nonconforming material. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or quality field, five years of quality engineering experience, knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools, and willingness to travel and work in a production plant environment.
