Description
Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Reynosa plant with in-process and customer quality issues, customer visits, corrective actions, and quality systems. The role covers inspection, PPAP, control plans, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, audits, warranty claims, material disposition, and continuous improvement, while also supporting OH&S and environmental systems. Candidates need 2–3 years of similar experience, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Electronics, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, engineering-drawing and GD&T knowledge, AIAG Core Tools expertise, problem-solving experience, and fluent English/Spanish skills.
