Eaton’s Aerospace division is hiring a Quality Engineer in Orchard Park, New York. The role supports risk mitigation, quality improvement, root-cause and corrective-action projects, first-article inspections, APQP, failure analysis, nonconforming-material disposition, customer audits, and continuous improvement across assigned product lines. Candidates need a STEM bachelor’s degree with one year of manufacturing quality or engineering experience, or an associate STEM degree with three years of such experience; AS9100 and AS9102 knowledge, problem-solving methods, industry specifications, and blueprint-reading ability are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $71,000–$105,000, requires ITAR-eligible U.S. persons, and does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
