Description
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will implement and oversee Eaton’s Total Quality Assurance Program, manage quality plans and customer complaint processes, lead corrective and preventive actions, supervise inspections and testing, analyze quality data, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and expertise in quality management systems, statistical process control, root cause analysis, and related quality tools.
