Eaton is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Olean, New York facility. The role covers manufacturing quality systems, inspection and testing procedures, supplier and customer quality issues, material disposition, measurement and reliability data, training, supplier control, MRB activities, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 8D, Kaizen, BPI, and Six Sigma. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of manufacturing, engineering, or technical experience, and knowledge of technical data, measurement systems, statistics, and root-cause analysis; relocation benefits are offered, and immigration sponsorship is not available.
