Eaton is hiring a full-time, onsite Quality Engineer for its Kings Mountain, North Carolina site. The role leads cross-functional quality improvement, preventive and corrective actions, customer and product quality planning, supplier quality, audits, root-cause analysis, process capability and gauge MSA studies, and compliance with TS 16949 and other regulations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of manufacturing quality engineering experience, with an expected annual salary of $71,000 to $105,000.
