Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Quality Engineer to support customer and supplier quality programs across the aerospace and defense business. The role covers quality engineering, system and process improvements, supplier development, RCCA activities, non-conformance analysis, corrective and preventative actions, audits, FMEAs, supplier performance measurement, and quality leadership for production, field failures, and RMA activities. The position requires manufacturing and supplier quality experience, knowledge of ISO 9001/AS 9100, GD&T, SPC, and related quality systems, along with analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $90,000 to $130,000 per year, with up to 10% travel required.
