CoolIT Systems is hiring a Quality Engineer to troubleshoot product failures, develop test plans, perform root-cause analysis, document NCR and 8D reports, communicate technical updates to customers, and design test fixtures and software solutions. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, 3–5 years of quality-related experience, and authorization to work in Canada without company sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include experience with DAQ systems, mechanical assembly, technical drawings, manufacturing processes, 3D modeling, bench tools, and electro-mechanical testing.
