Description
The role monitors and analyzes tollway system performance against KPIs, develops data strategies, forecasts traffic flow and capacity, evaluates system issues, establishes and documents operational processes, prepares stakeholder reports, and collaborates with IT and operations teams to drive improvements and audit readiness. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Information Technology, 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools.
