Description
Emerald Technologies is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Saline, Michigan team to ensure PCBA products and manufacturing processes meet quality standards. The role leads root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions, performs X-ray validations, develops quality plans and control plans, applies SPC and MSA tools, conducts compliance audits, interprets engineering and Mil-Spec requirements, and establishes quality KPIs. The position requires 3–5 years of electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience, at least 2 years in quality engineering, knowledge of PCBA processes and quality-management systems, and IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification.
