Description
The Quality Engineer supports the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System for electromechanical and power electronics manufacturing. The role covers manufacturing quality, product validation, reliability and failure analysis, process audits, customer quality investigations, and continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. It requires at least seven years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing environments supporting electromechanical systems, power electronics, or industrial equipment, along with expertise in quality standards, problem-solving methodologies, control plans, and manufacturing performance indicators. The position offers a salary of 90,000 to 120,000, health and dental insurance, and other benefits.
