Description
Filamatic is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer to own quality from incoming inspections through Factory Acceptance Testing and customer sign-off. The role manages supplier and customer compliance, safety documentation, risk assessments, audits, CAPA, the quality management system, calibration, and FAT standards while partnering with engineering, procurement, and assembly. Candidates need a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, 3–7+ years of quality engineering experience in industrial machine or capital equipment manufacturing, and hands-on experience with incoming inspection, GD&T, customer compliance, audits, and FATs. The position offers a salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year plus vacation, paid holidays, retirement contributions, parental leave, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
