Description
The Quality Engineer ensures products and manufacturing processes meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements. The role leads root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions, supports new product launches, conducts audits and compliance activities, collaborates with suppliers and customers, develops quality metrics, and leads continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, knowledge of metrology and GD&T, and experience in manufacturing, electronics, molding, fabrication, or industrial equipment; statistical process control and quality tools are emphasized.
