Description
The Quality Engineer maintains and improves quality processes throughout production by managing corrective actions, investigating complaints, conducting inspections, auditing training compliance, collaborating with process engineers on root-cause analysis, and maintaining quality documentation. The role uses microscopes, solder testing equipment, and other specialized instruments, monitors tool calibration, and prepares quality performance reports. A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus prior quality engineering experience, is required; the pay scale is $30,000 to $80,000 with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
