Description
The Quality Engineer will ensure product conformity and compliance with customer-specific requirements and the Integrated Management System in a mobility-manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include monitoring process controls, analyzing scrap and SPC trends, managing nonconforming product and customer complaints, leading corrective actions, participating in APQP, maintaining quality documentation, and communicating with customers. The role requires industrial engineering or a related field, at least three years of similar experience, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, AMEF, control plans, SPC, MSA, Poka Yoke, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and IATF/ISO standards. The employer offers a base salary of $25,000 to $30,000 MXN gross per month.
