Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for quality control of electrical components for air-conditioning products, supplier selection and audits, NPI supplier quality reviews, incoming quality inspection standards, root-cause analysis, supplier change control, customer complaint resolution, and cross-functional quality improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree or above in an electrical-related engineering field, more than three years of experience in electrical product manufacturing, familiarity with relevant standards and quality tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
