John Deere is hiring an onsite Quality Engineer for its Des Moines Works in Des Moines, Iowa. The role provides tactical quality support for production sprayer assembly, investigates defects and leads root-cause analysis, develops corrective actions, supports new product introductions and change control, partners with manufacturing and quality teams, and leads defect-reduction projects. Candidates should have manufacturing quality engineering experience, knowledge of quality tools and systems, and ideally a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent relevant experience. The position offers a base salary of $67,692 to $101,532 plus benefits and does not offer visa sponsorship.
