Description
Kingfisher is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their Software Engineering team. The successful candidate will focus on embedding quality into shared platform capabilities, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to implement testing approaches, automation, and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automated testing solutions, contributing to test automation development, creating and running various automated tests, ensuring test coverage, embedding tests into delivery pipelines, identifying quality risks, and supporting other engineers with testing knowledge. This role requires strong experience in test automation using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright, API testing, software testing fundamentals, CI/CD pipeline integration, Agile environments, and excellent English communication.
