Description
The Quality Assurance Manager assists Knowlton Technologies employees in achieving a Lean Value Stream, supports Lean Six Sigma projects, and helps maintain the ISO/IATF 16949 quality management system. The role audits quality processes, supports Infor SyteLine quality modules and corrective-action workflows, leads 5-Why, root-cause, and 8D corrective actions, and serves as backup to the Quality team. It also includes indirect supervision of Quality Department team members and Dry Lab and Sat Lab Technicians, with onsite work required.
