Molex is hiring a Quality Engineer in Kunshan City, Jiangsu, to support busbar quality control across new product development and mass production. The role covers supplier audits and PPAP approvals, quality issue management, production-line monitoring, yield analysis, laboratory and inspection-system maintenance, SIP and control-plan release, and customer complaint handling. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of AQP/MQA/SQA experience related to busbar or automotive quality, and proficiency with quality systems, data analysis, problem-solving tools, and English communication.
