Description
LEAP Dev is hiring a Quality Engineer to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle for LEAP Legal Software, using automated and exploratory testing, CI/CD, and collaboration with developers and product teams. The role includes building test code, maintaining functional and non-functional continuous testing, performing system, integration, regression, and exploratory testing, reviewing pull requests, managing QA work and defects in JIRA, and improving delivery processes. Candidates need at least five years of QA or test engineering experience, ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification, AI-assisted quality engineering experience, programming or scripting skills, Playwright or Appium, SQL, AWS/cloud and SaaS experience, BDD/TDD, middleware and mock-service testing, source control, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is intended for Sydney with flexible hybrid arrangements.
