The role performs product and compressor testing, teardown and failure analysis, customer complaint and warranty investigations, statistical quality analysis, corrective-action coordination, and customer technical support. It is an individual-contributor position requiring a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 30% travel.
