Description
The role investigates and resolves electromechanical quality issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supports automated test fixtures and equipment, maintains PFMEA and production data, improves line efficiency, and ensures ISO 9001 compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience, 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, SPC and Six Sigma knowledge, CAD and automation familiarity, and the ability to work on-site on the manufacturing floor.
