Description
The Quality Engineer collaborates with Production and Product Development teams to implement quality plans for new products and manufacturing processes. They are responsible for identifying root causes of quality issues, implementing mistake-proofing devices, maintaining ISO compliance, and providing technical support to Customer Service and Sales. The role also involves developing testing plans, conducting performance testing, maintaining records, leading projects for quality improvements, conducting supplier audits and root cause analysis, and supporting new product development.
