Description
The Plant Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager and quality team in a cement plant by conducting quality studies, coordinating quality improvement projects, training plant personnel, resolving customer complaints, supporting cement approvals and federal laboratory certifications, and maintaining quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The role requires a BS in engineering or a technical discipline, familiarity with the cement industry, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and the ability to work in a dusty, noisy, and potentially hazardous plant environment.
