Panelmatic is hiring an experienced Quality Engineer to lead manufacturing quality processes at its Youngstown and Brookfield facilities. The role covers quality control procedures, electrical product inspections and testing, ISO 9001 support, inspection test plans, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, supplier and internal audits, equipment calibration, and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least three years of quality engineering experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing, knowledge of electrical and quality standards, and proficiency with technical drawings, measurement equipment, ERP systems, and quality methodologies.
