Description
The Quality Engineer leads non-conformance and customer complaint resolution through containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and audits. The role oversees Quality Management System metrics and compliance, product and manufacturing quality, validation plans, customer and internal audits, CAPA closure, inspection strategies, certificates of compliance, and quality training. It requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience preferred, strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with less than 40% travel. The annual compensation range is $63,900.00 to $95,900.00.
