Description
Princeton Precision Group is hiring a Quality Engineer to provide hands-on production-floor support for real-time problem solving, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in a defense-manufacturing environment. The role covers dimensional, cosmetic, tooling, fixturing, and process nonconformances; first-piece and final acceptance; AS9100, NADCAP, customer, and internal quality requirements; CMM and inspection support; and audit and complaint response activities. The position requires 3–5 years of quality functional experience and AS9100 experience, with a preferred engineering or manufacturing degree and experience with turbine components, complex castings, tight-tolerance machining, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma. The salary is $85,000–$95,000 per year, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
