Description
The Quality Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve quality systems and manufacturing processes across prototype and production activities. The role supports compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, customer requirements, and regulatory standards; leads corrective actions, audits, root-cause analysis, PPAP documentation, measurement-system studies, capability and SPC activities, nonconforming-material disposition, and customer and supplier quality resolution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, and proficiency with inspection equipment, engineering drawings, GD&T, and ERP systems. Certified Quality Engineer, Internal Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred, and permanent United States work authorization is required because visa sponsorship is not available.
