Description
The Quality Engineer ensures the quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction of Qnergy’s manufactured products. The role designs quality standards, develops capable processes, conducts audits and root-cause investigations, leads corrective and preventive actions, manages non-conformance reports, supports a quality management system, and leads quality improvement projects. The position requires a degree in engineering, operations, or business or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree, with manufacturing experience, ISO 9001 auditing, quality-management-system, GD&T, CMM, and analytical problem-solving skills. The role is primarily engineering, laboratory, and shop-based and requires regular office or job-site attendance.
