Qualia is hiring a Quality Engineer to build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems for its AI-driven real estate technology. The role owns automation frameworks, including a migration from Cypress to Playwright, performs root-cause analysis on product and test failures, and leads quality initiatives involving AI-assisted testing. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience with complex software test automation, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and experience mentoring engineers and driving quality strategy. The role is based in Austin, Texas, with remote possibilities for qualified candidates, and other physical office locations are available in San Francisco and Concord.
