Description
The Quality Engineer will ensure power and distribution transformers are manufactured to customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives. The role covers quality control plans, process monitoring, in-process and final inspections, QMS audits, non-conformance investigations, supplier quality, transformer testing, calibration, and continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field and 7–10 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in transformer, electrical equipment, or heavy manufacturing industries.
