Ralliant Corporation is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Boxborough, Massachusetts facility to lead internal and external quality for assigned mini-factories. The role owns audit and compliance activities, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, engineering change requests, nonconformance documentation, supplier quality containment, process and product validation, PFMEA and control plans, APQP support, internal audits, KPI analysis, and ISO and customer regulatory requirements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel domestically less than 5%. The salary range is 73,590.00–136,730.00 in local currency.
