The employer is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer for its client in the Zwolle region, working in a high-tech machine park and focused on automotive quality. The role handles internal nonconformities and customer complaints, prepares 8D reports, identifies root causes, develops and implements improvement plans, and supports quality awareness across departments. Candidates need Dutch and English, 32–40 hours per week, willingness to work in Zwolle, HBO-level working ability, at least two years of similar experience, and experience with quality systems and audits. The salary is €3,100 to €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience.
