Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Quality Engineer to support PCB manufacturing operations by monitoring production quality, leading root-cause analysis, implementing CAPA, supporting inspections and audits, validating processes and tooling, analyzing defect data, and providing quality training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience, plus electronics or PCBA manufacturing experience and knowledge of IPC-A-610/620, AS9100 or ISO 9001, and quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and SPC. The stated pay range is $75,000–$95,000 USD, and the position may require access to export-controlled technical data.
