RBC Bearings is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer in Belton, South Carolina to report to the Quality Manager. The role analyzes and improves product and process quality through inspections, testing, quality reviews, statistical analysis, CMM programs, PFMEA, and PPAP. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, documents quality findings, recommends process improvements, supports continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with quality standards. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, while ASQ CQE certification and prior industrial or manufacturing experience are preferred.
