SCHOTT is hiring a Quality Engineer at its Jena site to handle and coordinate customer complaints, analyze quality and process data, implement continuous-improvement measures, develop quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC, support quality projects, and contribute to audits and the quality management system. The role requires a degree in a relevant technical field, several years of quality or manufacturing experience, knowledge of quality tools and statistical methods, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
