Description
The Quality / Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer will monitor, analyze, and improve the quality, efficiency, and performance of sg360°’s operational processes and products. Responsibilities include developing quality standards and control systems, inspecting materials and processes, investigating root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, supporting Lean, Six Sigma, EHS, and manufacturing initiatives, and managing quality and CI projects. The role requires at least two years of Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ASQ certification, Lean or Six Sigma accreditation, and Power BI experience are preferred. The position offers $70,000–$90,000 annually and does not offer visa sponsorship.
