Description
The Quality Engineer will improve product quality and production efficiency by conducting root-cause analysis, designing and optimizing testing equipment, creating engineering drawings, applying lean manufacturing techniques, and collaborating with tooling engineers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, manufacturing testing experience, root-cause analysis and problem-solving knowledge, drawing software proficiency, and familiarity with lean manufacturing; tooling design experience is preferred, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
