Description
The role supports manufacturing quality and process engineering by maintaining procedures, leading corrective-action investigations, developing training, inspecting first articles and material reviews, troubleshooting production processes, evaluating process capabilities, and resolving customer complaints and nonconformances. It requires a manufacturing-engineering background, knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, Catia V5 or later, measurement tools, and quality practices such as AS9100, FMEA, and control plans. The position is primarily office-based in a manufacturing facility but requires frequent production-floor visits and the ability to perform physical work involving equipment, materials, and moderate-to-loud noise.
